After working out or having a bike ride, I like to have a smoothie. This is probably my favorite:

1 C papaya
1 ripe babnana
1/2 C or so of mango
Handfull of strawberries
1 Scoop protine powder
1 C Kifer (or liquid yogurt drink)
1C Apple juice or water

Mix it in a blender and enjoy!
